(1)The Superintendent shall submit the recommendations of the State Sentence Review Board together with the documents relating to the prisoners recommended for premature release to the Government within 15 days from the date of recommendation of State Sentence Review Board through the Inspector General. The Inspector General shall forward the papers to the Government with his remarks for orders.
