Section 107 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
107. Amendment of section 551.- In section 551 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (a) in the case of a winding up by the Tribunal, in Tribunal; and";
(b)in sub- section (2), for the word" Court", the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted.
