Section 11(iii) in The U.P. Electricity Supply (Consumers) Regulations, 1984
(iii)The alteration or shifting desired by consumer shall be carried out by the Engineer concerned subject to following terms and conditions and such other conditions as the Board may prescribe from time to time :
