Section 1(1) in University Grants Commission [Affiliation Of Colleges By Universities] Regulations, 2009
1.2They shall apply to all colleges seeking affiliation and already affiliated to the Universities in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act or a State Act.
