Section 12(2) in Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Bihar Rules, 1986
(2)After a Probationary Officer has rendered himself eligible for the first increment, he will be entitled to draw the second increment as soon as the following conditions are fulfilled :-(a)he has completed two years of service ;(b)he has passed the departmental examination by higher standard completely ; and(c)he has been confirmed in his appointment.
