Section 2(b) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(b)"appropriate Executive Engineer", as respects any existing or proposed cinema, means the Executive Engineer having jurisdiction over the Division within the limits of which such cinema is erected or, as the case may be, proposed to be erected:
