Section 31(1) in Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 F
(1)Any police officer empowered in this behalf by the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] may arrest without warrant any person for an offence specified in section 68 of this Act.
