                                         By way of this writ petition, petitioner seeks direction to

                                   respondents    to   pass       appropriate       orders      on   his   application

                                   No.2851116 dated 26.11.2014 for registration of trademark

                                   "LESCID" in class-05 in the Trade Mark Journal.

                                         Counsel for petitioner submits that the said application is

                                   pending till date. Prayer for interim relief is not pressed by the

                                   counsel for petitioner.

Let notices be issued to respondents. Advocate Mr. Divyesh Maheshwari, present in person, may seek instructions from respondents to give appearance. His name be shown be in the cause list.

Copy of writ petition be served in the Office of Mr. Divyesh Maheshwari within a period of one week.
