Section 1 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
1. Short title, commencement and interpretation .-(1) These regulations may be called The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They extend to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
