Section 41(1) in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
(1)As soon as may be after the first day of April in every year and not later than such date as may be fixed by the Government, the Commissioner shall prepare a detailed administration report on the preceding year in such form as the Government may prescribe.
