Section 3(2) in The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Regulations, 1976
(2)Ordinarily not less than 10 days' notice shall be given to every Director of a meeting of the Board and not less than 7 days' notice shall be given to a member of the Executive Committee of a meeting of the Executive Committee.
