Section 12(V) in The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules and Regulations, 1993
(V)That upper age limit for persons serving in connection with the affairs to the State/Board in substantive capacity shall be 40 years. This relaxation shall not apply to urgent temporary appointment.
