Section 19(4) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(4)The Officer Incharge or Superintendent shall provide prior information to the parent or guardian of the release of a juvenile including the exact date of release and the parent or guardian shall be invited to the institution to take charge of the juvenile on that date.
