Section 34(1) in The M.P. Pariyojana Ke Karan Visthapit Vyakti (Punhsthapan) Adhiniyam, 1985
(1)Where any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or of the rules made thereunder, the State Government may, by order in writing, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder remove such difficulty.
