31G. Effect of refusal or failure to comply with order of eviction.
- If any person refuses or fails to comply with the order of eviction made under this section within 30 days of the date on which it has become final, the Competent Authority or any other officer duly authorised by the Competent Authority in this behalf, may evict that person from and take possession of, the premises and deliver the same to the landlord and for that purpose, use such force as may be necessary.
