Section 15(3) in Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972
(3)The Custodian shall receive from the funds of the coking coal mine or coke oven plant, as the case may be, in relation to which he or it is the Custodian, such remuneration as the Central Government may fix shall hold office during the pleasure of the Central Government.
