Section 17 in The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011
17. Cognizance of offences.
(1)No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act or any rules made thereunder except upon complaint in writing made by a person authorized in this behalf by the Licensing Authority.(2)No court other than the Court of Judicial Magistrate first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
