Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner – complainant and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court directing the learned Sessions Judge to accept the report filed by the Investigating Officer and close the case.

6. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. Pending application filed in the matter also stands disposed of.
