Section 110A(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)while on duty -(i)take alcoholic drinks or intoxicants, or(ii)be under the influence of such drinks or drugs to such an extent as to render him incapable of discharging his duty properly and efficiently; or
