3. 6.5.2011A prayer has been made for adjourning this case for Friday (13.5.2011) to enable the respondents to file their supplementary counter affidavit as directed in the order dated 7.4.2011.
In view of the fact that sufficient time was given in the said order and yet a supplementary counter affidavit has not been filed, this Court would allow such prayer of the respondents but only on payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by the respondent authorities of C.I.S.F. to the petitioner.
