Section 19(1) in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
(1)The Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, made provision for prohibiting, restricting or otherwise controlling the import or export of the Scheduled products, either generally or in specified classes of cases.
