Section 90(2) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(2)No business shall, except as provided in sub-section (3) be transacted at any meeting of the Corporation, the Executive Committee, [the Development Committee, the Wards Committees] [Substituted by U.P. Act 12 of 1994 (w.e.f. 30-05-1994).] or any other Committee constituted under Section 5 unless at least one-fifth of the total number of members thereof be present throughout the meeting.
