(6)Normally the Board shall on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor meet at least twice a year. However, Vice-Chancellor may whenever, he thinks fit and shall, upon the requisition in writing signed by not less than five members of the Board, convene a special meeting of the Board.
