(a)"Act" means the Kerala Value Added Tax Act, 2003;(aa)"Audit Officer" means any officer appointed under section 3 to perform the functions of an Audit Officer under the Act and includes an officer designated under section 23 to conduct audit visit.(ab)Omitted [SRO.385/2007].
