34. Associated person not be disclose any information.—
The associated person shall not disclose any information either given by the Central Executive Committee or obtained during the performance of the duties assigned to him either from the Central Executive Committee otherwise, to any person other than the Central Executive Committee without the written permission of the Chairperson of the Committee.
