(3)Any conveyance of land or of a building under clause (c) of sub-section (1) may comprise such conditions as the Commissioner thinks fit, as to the removal of the existing building, the description of new building to be erected, the period within which such new building shall be completed and other such matters.Preservation of regular line in Public Street.
