Section 60(1) in The Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1958
(1)No person shall do business as a trader of a general commission agent in agricultural produce in any [market area] [Substituted vide O.G.E.No. 794, Dated 3.8.1996.] except under a licence by the Market Committee under this rule.
