Section 10(4) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(4)Any member of the school committee, other than Member-Secretary may at any time resign from the membership by sending a letter of resignation to the President. But such a resignation takes effect from the date on which the School Committee accepts it.
