Section 15(2) in The Dibrugarh University Act, 1965
(2)On dates to be fixe by the Vice-Chancellor, the Court shall meet at least twice a year at the interval of about 6 months. The first meeting in the year is to be called and treated as the Annual General Meeting, in which the Annual Statement of Accounts, the Audit report and the budget of the University for the next financial year together with the view, of the Executive Council shall be presented.
