Mr. Manojit Bhattacharya .......For the Petitioner The petitioner Ananta Kumar Jana is directed to be present personally before the Medical Superintendent and Vice President of S. S. K. K. Hospital for testing his hearing impairedness. This has to be done by 30th June, 2022.
The Medical Superintendent and Vice President of S. S. K. K. Hospital is requested to take steps following this order and to file a report as to the hearing impairedness of the petitioner. All tests including audiometry is to be done for filing the report before this court.
This matter will be taken up by this court on 4th July, 2022.
Personal appearance of the Headmaster is dispensed with.
