131. Savings as to existing permanent employees.
- Not withstanding anything contained in this Act or any rules or bye-laws made thereunder the pay and allowances, pension and retirement benefits of all permanent officers and servants or other employees of the Panchayat on the dale on which this Act comes into force shall be existing pay and allowances, pension and retirement benefits.
