ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner did not qualify the Physical Endurance Test for rope climbing. At the first endeavour, he was not successful and had fallen down and got injured and thus, he had taken medical treatment. The petitioner claims second opportunity to repeat that test.

2. In an examination process of such large number of candidates, it is not possible to carve out any special exception for any candidate. It is not as if the petitioner did not get opportunity to compete in the test, but unfortunately he was unsuccessful. The petitioner has not made out any case.

3. In view aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
