Section 50 in Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978
50. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.(2)No order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of two years from the date of publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
