Section 3(i) in The Delhi Plastic Bag (Manufacture, Sale and Usage) and Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Rules, 2002
(i)The different types of garbage shall be placed by an individual, and occupier of land and building in separate receptacles provided by the local authority, namely, bio-degradable and non-biodegradable.
