1. Sh. Ravinder Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector ('ASI') from Delhi Traffic Police is present in Court today.

2. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2/Delhi Traffic Police, on instructions from the ASI states that the Respondent No. 2 will be able to address the grievances raised by the Petitioner more effectively, if cooperation is extended to it by Respondent No. 3/Delhi Police and Respondent No. 1/ Municipal Corporation of Delhi in the said area.

3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2/Delhi Traffic Police also represents Respondent No. 3/Delhi Police. He states that the SHO, Budh Vihar, Police Station, shall extend all the cooperation, which is required by the Respondent No. 2/Delhi Traffic Police for complying with the directions of this Court.

4. None appears for the Respondent No. 1/MCD. However, an Action Taken Report has been filed by the Assistant Commissioner, Rohini zone, erstwhile NDMC.

5. The Petitioner states that despite the pendency of these proceedings there is no redress to the grievance raised by the residents.

6. The officials of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are directed to cooperate with each other, in order to ensure that the order dated 05.02.2018 and 24.05.2019, passed in these proceedings, are complied with at all times and a supervision which ensures continuous compliance of the aforesaid orders is maintained by the Assistant Commissioner, Rohini Zone.

7. Assistant Commissioner of MCD is directed to file a fresh status report before the next date of hearing.
