Section 53(2)(iv) in Haryana Municipal Business Bye-laws 1981

(iv)The Executive Officer or the Secretary, as the case may be, if he considers that in view of the labour involved a special fee shall be charged, he shall fix the special fee not exceeding rupees 10 for each square foot.
