Section 54(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)A Commodore, except a Chief of Staff or Captain of the Fleet, shall wear a white broad pendant with the red St. George's cross, with blue Dharma Chakra superimposed at the centre, with one red roundel in the upper canton next the staff.
