This is an application for modication of the order dated 21.07.2010.
In view of the order dated 21.07.2010 is being modifeid to this extent that in veiw of the Constitution of the Army Tribunal and in view of the Section 34 of the Act, the recod of the this case has to be transferred to the Army Tribunal.
In such circumstances, the office is directed to transmit the file of this case to the Army Tribunal, if possible within a period of two months.
