Section 2(1)(g) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedures for Calculating the Expected Revenue from Tariffs and Charges) Regulations, 2010

(g)"tormats" means the formats specified in Appendix-I to these regulations for the purpose of submission of information by the generating company or transmission licensee in respect of expected revenues and charges determined by the Commission.
