39. [ Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 to apply to an employer and an employee to whom this Act applies. [Substituted by Act 2 of 1975.]
- The provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (VIII of 1923), and of rules made thereunder, shall mutatis mutandis, apply to every employer or employee to whom the provisions of this Act apply.]
