Section 146 in Mizoram Police Act, 2011

146. Limitation of actions.

- No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Chapter after the expiry of the period of limitation as provided for in Section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No 2 of 1974). For computing the limitation period, provisions of Chapter XXXVI of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No 2 of 1974) shall apply.Chapter - XV Miscellaneous
