Section 7(1) in Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Madras High Court -Principal Seat at Chennai and Madurai Bench at Madurai - (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(1)GSICC shall be responsible for framing a Policy from time to time and its implementation with regard to gender sensitization and prevention and redressal of Sexual Harassment in the High Court.
