77. Code of Civil Procedure and the Uttarakhand High Court rules to be generally followed.
- In deciding any question relating to the procedure not specially provided by the Act or these rules, the Tribunal shall, as far as possible, be guided by the provisions contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) and the Uttarakhand High Court Rules.
