Section 17(3) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(3)Any person whose name is entered in the register and who subsequent to his registration obtains any additional qualification which is specified in the Schedule, or desires any change in his name to be recorded in the register shall, on an application made in this behalf and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by regulations be entitled to have such qualification entered or change recorded in the register.
