Section 46(1) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972
(1)A copy of any entry in any book, register or list regularly kept in course of business in the possession of a market committee shall, if duly certified, in such manner as may be prescribed, he admissible in evidence of the existence of such entry and shall be admitted as evidence of the matter and the transaction therein recorded in every case, where and to the same extend to which the original entry would, if produced, have been admissible to prove such matter.
