(4)The expert committee shall submit its report along.with recommendation to the State Government within such period as may be fixed by the State Government :Provided that the State Government may vary, alter or add to the terms and conditions referred to in sub-section (1) as may be necessary and may also extend the period referred to in sub-section (4).
