PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records
relating to the impugned notification issued by the first respondent in
S.O.2451 (E) dated 31.07.2017, published in the Gazette of India, in
extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 (ii) dated 03.08.2017 and the
consequential notification issued by the third respondent in
ETBPNMTPL No.48/2017 dated 24.08.2017 and the notification
issued by the third respondent in ETMPL No.48/2018 Tuticorin dated
14.05.2018 and quash the same as illegal.
