Section 37(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)Every recognised institution shall furnish such report, returns and other information as the Executive Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency and necessity of the college or institution, with respect to the University requirements.
