Section 54 in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
54. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Ordinance, 2020 (Punjab Ordinance No. 2 of 2020), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
