. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in these
petitions informs this Court that in the light of subsequent events, amendment will have to be carried out in the petitions. This Court is informed that the trustees of the petitioner-Trusts have changed, necessitating amendment.

2. It is further pointed out that respondent Nos.4 and 10-societies in these petitions, have merged. In that light also, amendment needs to be carried out in both the petitions.
3. In the interest of justice, leave is granted to carry out the amendment within four weeks from today.
4. This Court is further informed that Writ Petition Nos.2102 of 2017, 2110 of 2017 and 596 of 2016, also raise common issues and that they would also have to be considered alongwith the present petitions.
5. In that light, list Writ Petition Nos.2102 of 2017, 2110 of 2017 and 596 of 2016, alongwith the present petitions for further consideration on 11.11.2025.
